Pressing of copra coconut oil Process flow

Copra---metering conveyance---magnetic selector---grinding---cooking---prepressing---cake crushing---disctribution screw conveor---twice pressing---filtration---crude pressing oil.

1. Metering conveyance: adopt metering feeder to convey copra at certain quantity,

2. Magnetic selector: use magnetic selector to remove metal impurities.

3. Grinding machine: Crush bigger copra, increase superficial area and convenient for pressing oil, cracking them into smaller pieces.

4. Copra cooking machine: Use steam cooker,heat with steam, with stirring blade, to make flakes become matured, and increase oil yield.

5. Copra oil prepressing machine: Use spiral oil press to physically press oil from oilseeds, oil yield is high, residual oil rate in cake is low, cake quality is good.

6. Twice pressing machine: because of high oil content, after prepressing, crushing cake and press again to get the oil at minimum quantity.

7. Copra oil filter: Use filter to remove cake powder and other impurity from oil to make oil clear.
