Q: Which kind of oil materials can be processed?A: All kinds of oil seeds. For example of common oil material: soybean, rice bran, corn germ, cottonseeds, peanut, sunflower, rapeseed, palm kernal etc.
Q: What's the input capacity of your machinery? A:5-100 tons per day. the input capacity is according your plan or requirements to customized.
Q:How to choose the suitable one? A:Please tell us your production capacity(kg/h), then we will recommend you most suitable model.
Q: How should I do if meet some trouble while using?A: we can supply English manual book and also take a video for showing how to resolve the problems.
Q: How long the goods will be shipped to? A: In general, large goods need about 15-20 days for delivery after payment, small goods need within 7-10 days for delivery.

Q: What's wear-in for new machine?A: Using 10 KG oil cake + 1KG sand + 1KG water, mix them, put in oil press, wear in 3~4hs.
1. 1st hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 3mm.
2. 2nd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2.5mm.
3. 3rd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2mm.

Q:What are cold press and hot press?
A: Cold press is pressing dry and raw seeds. Usually need to press 2 times to get maximum oil.
Hot press is pressing roasted seeds. Usually only 1 time to get maximum oil. Peanuts need to be roasted to 125~130 degree with
1~2% moisture. (We produce seeds roaster heated by economical fuel.)
